Meet the Owner
My name is Halley O’Donnell and I’ve had the privilege of serving Wyoming as a full time professional body piercer since 2012, with the dubious pleasure of learning under Michael Hare, owner of The Exotic Body in Sacramento, CA, as well as alongside Jack Canfield at The Ink Spot in Casper, WY for many years before his unexpected passing.
Canadian born and raised, my family moved to Wyoming in 1996. I served in the United States Air Force shortly after graduating from Casper’s Natrona County High School in 2004 where I earned my degree in Applied Sciences as well as decoration for Marksmanship.
High Plains Adornment was established in the Spring of 2022,
In 2023 I was the chosen recipient of the Junipurr Piercer Growth Fund, I'm also a proud member of the SteriWash Pro-Team, an honored nominee of the Sierra's Ring of Courage Award from The Olivia Caldwell Foundation as well as voted by the Casper public as Oil City’s Best Piercing Shop 2023, 2024 and 2025.
On the personal side of things, I’m an avid and published Fly Fisher and enjoy seeing the country one river at a time. If you happen to be a trout, your lip piercing will be free of charge. I also enjoy expanding my collection of oddities, skulls, bones and trinkets when I get the chance, as well as crafting my own interior décor because why buy it when you can simply spend 3x that much on supplies and make it yourself?
I’m so pleased to be able to offer a private, standalone studio where my sole focus is on the intimate art and continuing education of body piercing.
